Find the official portal for any US court record search
Every state has a different way to search court case records: some run one statewide public index, others require going court-by-court. This directory covers all 50 states plus DC, and drills into full county-by-county detail for the 11 states where each county runs its own separate system. Every entry cites the government (or state-designated vendor) source it came from.
Check each row's Last Verified date. Portals were researched September 11 to 17, 2026. Rows flagged by the monthly link check are re-verified against official sources and get a new date; other rows have not been re-checked since September 2026. Fees, login rules, and URLs change without notice, so confirm on the official portal before relying on an entry.
What "n.a." means: the value could not be confirmed from an official court, clerk, or state-designated vendor source during research. It does not mean "not applicable" or "none." For example, n.a. under Data Lag means the portal does not publish its update schedule, not that records are real-time.
